How to register
Register to any of our IATA courses by clicking on the course you want to register for in the training plan (link) and fill out the registration form. Or click here to register.
Alternatively you can send and email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the name of the required course, your name, company, telephone number and address.
When we have received your registration, we will answer your enquiry with a confirmation email and soon after you will receive an invoice. Once the invoice has been paid, we will register you on the IATA training portal as an IATA student. You will receive your training material electronically shortly after (ebook). Or we will send a hard copy of the material depending on what you have chosen. We recommend that you study the training material prior to the training course as you will make the most out of the classroom training if you prepare in advance.
At the end of each IATA training course conducted at 101 Training, you can take the exam. You will need to pass the exam in order to receive your IATA training certificate. You pass an IATA course with 60% correct answers unless you do a DGR course. Then you need 80%.
You can also choose to study the training material in more detail after the training course and do the exam later. You have one year from receipt of the training material till you must take the exam. Otherwise you will have to buy a new ebook and registrer again (but you don’t have to do the classroom training again). To be able to take the exam, you must come to 101 Training centre or any other IATA training centre. Contact us before any exam in order for us to prepare your exam.
If a student fails the exam and he/she will need a second exam attempt, the student will discuss with the instructor when the second attempt will be made. The period between first and second attempt will depend on the instructor’s recommendation to the student. At 101 Training we also provide individual Skype consultations with the instructor at any time agreed with the instructor after you have received the classroom training. This will give you the opportunity to be better dressed for your exam if you have failed or if you are in doubt about some topics prior to an exam.
101 Training as an exam centre: All IATA students can come to 101 Training to take an IATA exam. You do not need to receive class room training at 101 Training centre in order to take the exam at 101 Training. Exams are provided to all IATA courses or courses which are approved to be written in IATA ATC. Contact us if you want to do your exam at 101 Training.
